Jo Condrill has over 25 years experience in business, government, and
nonprofit organizations. She served in leadership positions in the
Pentagon and was awarded the Army's Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service,
their highest civilian award. Today she is an active executive member of
The Small Business Advocate Brain Trust as well as founder and CEO of GoalMinds,
Inc.
Jos experience in leadership positions at the highest organizational level
enables her to share a broad range of management techniques as well as insider
tips on how to get people to get things done. Her rise from part-time
worker in Texas to management in the Pentagon has given Jo a well-rounded
perspective from which to motivate employees and leaders alike.
